I respectfully disagree. Huge environmental activist activities almost completely shutting down Nigerias capacity to pump. Iran not even close to production capacity. Iraq is in the midst of actual "HOT" war. These numbers are all estimates, and are national secrets of pumping nations; (maybe not US), but cuts will come which will probably just end up being allowing of verication of actual pumping capacity which is a lot lower than 34mbl reported.
