Agent, yes I understand your sediments.

Now either there is the company dumping shares or there is a note being paid off.

I believe the later, I think the deal is; the note holder is cashing in it's shares now so not effect the outcome of the news release. IMO

Right after he tweeted today, I retweeted " so a press release is to follow correct?" or something like that, havent checked to see if they replied, yep will be nice when the pr comes out IMO !!! ONCI!!!

It's the OTC , tweets for OTC stocks are just as valuable as a structured PR anyways and I have seen plenty of tickers 30 to 50 bag just with one tweet or email response .

You gotta realize too that the CEO also mentioned that a PR is gonna drop this week anyway, so for a OTC stock that has a vocal CEO who is about to deliver two JV's ( one is in the hottest sector right now ) is amazing itself to expect from a ticker so low in pps anyways .

If this week ends and no PR or significant news is dropped , then I understand people bailing and moving on , but for people to complain the last three days about what is to be expected when the CEO said is coming this week is really weak, it's the OTC and these are the risks that sink portfolios or make people tons of money in a matter of weeks.
