It is not my job to decide where that line is. That is the government decision. It is like Trump and his taxes. Did he stretch the law to avoid paying taxes yes and the government changed those laws to stop people using that particular loophole. Can't blame the guy who used the system to his benefit when it wasn't deemed illegal at the time even if the boundaries of the law are being pushed. That sets precedent for future cases.
