Yes they are late on filings and they really need to spend some time to get that in order I agree.

But they did file the below January and as of Sept 30th 2015 they had revenues of 663k...add 3 more months and you get the 800k they stated were revenues in 2015.

Honestly they are one of the more honest penny stocks I know of. Most penny stock companies would be saying projected revenues of 100 million!!!
