Not sure what you mean by "looking for potential sale". During the CC, it was made very clear that PTN would NOT be the company bringing Brem to the market- it would be another business partner/arrangement that would do the marketing. But I never heard anything that suggested they were trying to "sell" themselves. They were, however, entertaining several prospective possibilities/offers for a business arrangement of sorts-- however that might take shape. (I haven't seen the Reuters article yet).
