about the verbiage. Once they say "consignment", words like "order" and "sell" have different meanings. Technically, a consignment store neither "orders" nor "sells" product. They "take in" products which they "market" for consignees.
Based on this quote, you may be talking past each other. They could mean they took product in "on consignment" from CBIS but they wont be selling it, they'll be marketing it. I know it sounds like a lot a bs, but I watched it play out in Michigan.
It had a lot to do with covering your azz. The consignment store owners claimed they were not a dispensary, because all they did was serve as a middle man between the consignee and his customer.
