Must have millions of capital on hand to ride this storm over the next decade. Any imminent ruling that may send shares up or down $2 will only create more uncertainty and risk to the future of these co's.
That is actually the purpose of substituting FHFA for shareholders. Eliminate the uncertainty behind these SIFIs and do what is best for the USA, not what is best for penny stock pump n dumpers.
That is not my humble opinion.
Any ruling is a Bridge to nowhere for Legacy shareholders.
