#34612 RE: dsaul #34611

would I pass up a trip to Australia on the shareholder's dime? No... I'm just uber duber skeptical. I've seen what this company has done over the past 5-6 years...

"evaluating counter bids from major Australian entities, in conjunction with the on-going due diligence being performed by the current potential US investor."

sure coal prices are rising and indeed caused a big player to reopen a 2nd mind over there..Glencore.

Who is this player/group? Enhance shareholder value? lmao they haven't done that in years.

"We have been approached by a major Australian group to assess a strategic partnership with our company, and management is flying to Australia this week to review this opportunity in more detail. The current due diligence underway by the major US investor continues on track but it is important that we explore every opportunity to maximize the deployment of our technology and enhance shareholder value," added Mr Eves.

If it's been a success and proven, where are all of the people/companies at? They should be lining up at the door... <confused>

"Unlike many other technologies in this space our patented technology has been successfully tested and proven to significantly enhance coal quality so we are ready to deploy commercially.
