Maybe, maybe not. Hegyi doesn't seem to have captured the catalyst needed to catapult this thing back into relevance. VAP£ is up damn near 1600% in the past 6 weeks. They have nowhere near the O/S that PHOT has, but they also have nowhere near the experience that Marco has either. I think this thing goes absolutely nowhere without the continuous dilution being put to an end.
Without deals in place, verified substantial subscribers, & ending dilution, this stock will not even break through the .02 range.
IMHO
There are plenty of other stocks to play with more upside than this thing. I'm calling for sub .01 by the elections.
