It is, all 3 locations + the aborted ranch resort are in Colorado.

Each State has its own restrictions regarding MJ. For example in Colorado I believe you must be a resident for at least 2 years prior to applying for an MJ license of any any kind. This is why public companies with many shareholders from different States or countries have difficulty applying for MJ licenses across different State lines.
