Ya I sold on News once, I am still chasing.

If news is clean and not a fluff,
has immediate income, Steve is the ceo of the income producing JV, how more money will come in, what they plan on obtaining for the MJ conference.
That should be good enough to place the PPS over 1 cent maybe two.
