yes...what happens with these micro penny plays is that a certain percentage of folks (maybe even the majority) have penny play mentality. They take lines like that so literal that when it doesn't happen they sell because of it...happens all the time. I consider it a misstep by the company being nearly specific. Whatever permission they needed to release the name may in fact have taken longer than they estimated. so here SIPC "seemingly" not keeping its word. when in fact "expected" gives them all the leeway they really need. But not to the penny mental...My theory

I believe end of month PR will be regarding SIPP establishing Proprietary Rights......not necessarily brewery announcement. However, they're both coming soon:)

Over the past quarter, the Company has become keenly aware of the advantages of exclusive ownership of its hemp and CBD recipes, trademarks, and wholesale licenses. By moving to secure the Companys proprietary rights, Sipp Industries takes full control of its own destiny as the business expands. As terms are finalized with legal counsel, Sipp Industries will establish full proprietary rights and control of the Companys hemp and CBD beer recipes. The Company expects to be able to make a formal announcement by the end of the month.
