Corky, great work. It doesn't become effective until Monday Aug 14th... (Right on schedule). We still need to see the quarterly financials filed before HISS will complete the deal (dividend) and then if Fred stays true to his word, he will then announce a new record date but it is nice to see something is occurring on schedule...IMO!
