VNDM is a market maker. They aren't manipulating, they executing orders on behalf of traders. This is why you often see MM's straddling the spread. It is retailers on both sides being executed by the MM's. I use TD as my broker for example, I've had VNDM, CDEL, NITE, even ETRF execute my orders before. It's not some scam, it's how trades are routed and executed.
