I will call bs on that, but to give you the benefit of the doubt ask him to tweet how many branches LTNC currently owns and which ones they are. If I see that, then ok. Until then it's all BS.

And if you're seriously saying a CEO is worried about IHUB Posters?? That in itself is crazy. He wouldn't have bashers if he posted audited financials, disclosed his salary, how many shares he currently owns and stops the gagging of the TA. He doesn't need to lay out his plans, how about just posting the current status of his company.

And lastly you're actually saying he'd rather screw his coowners by not telling them what the hell is going on because of a message board?? That will not hold up in a court of law when he's shown negligence in his fiduciary responsibilities to his shareholders.

This discussion should be LTNC board not TSGL. Kim Thompson is CEO here. That in itself is another problem.

Any CEO who provides guidance to his company based on iHub posts is not very bright.

We already know Schadel is incompetent at best and involved in securities fraud at worst.

Schadel and Kimmy are in for a life changing experience - and not in a good way.
