I'm glad you mentioned that. I was thinking an 80 million market cap was awfully high for a company with very little product on the shelves yet. So then the market cap is about 20 million? That sounds a lot better. Does it say in an SEC filing how many shares there are?

If I interpreted the filing this week correctly, 3 million more were just issued, so what would that make the total? About 52 million?
