You stated that the ore had not been moved as if you knew that as a fact. I believe FLPC was instructed to move the ore by the end of October and believe they would have done that to be compliant. It won't take much to find the truth on this one and I'm sure we will hear the answer soon but you can always ask for the answer as opposed to speculating or providing potentially false assumptions.
