I agree that the market will fall hard after the election, if not right away, for sure next year.

I sold my sds for 17.2, probably just before the market completely falls apart. highest bearish readings on the CBOE since late june, so think today will provide a buy signal, but at what level?
Watching the vix for the buy signal, when it hits 22, will start buying, if it goes up that far today.

Fed tomorrow, they will say something to prop up markets short term, IMHO
