means zip unless Barnett is released. If Barnett's released for time served, then its a bounce for OOAG's stock, otherwise just "Meaningless Gossip."

Maybe that's why OOAG's stock has been purchased of late, to the tune of 2.7 million shares since September 8th. Another 50k shares yesterday and 1k today.

I think Thursday is just a "status update" hearing. No subpoenas have gone out for witnesses. Plus, trials of this magnitude usually would start on a Monday since it will probably be several days of trial hearings before the jury deliberates.
