2016 has the most consistent full year higher low higher high pattern.
Waiting to see if the the 2016 uptrend line holds here.
You know as well as I that anything is possible. That said, your S-1 pivot has to fail first.
Normally price would be too oversold here to hit that lowest low without some bounce.
News trumps charts so make sure and factor in noretreats dd.
