KU, i voted against the RS and am really hoping something happens where we won't need it. However, if it does happen i am not too worried. I feel that the RS has not only already been worked into the current share price...but also a good portion of the expected drop that occurs after a RS. Granted, the market will still attempt to take it down after...it is what they do...but i also believe there is only so far they can take it and there will likely be a quick rebound shortly after. After all, Avid is not worthless and the patents owned for our pipeline are not worthless...anybody saying that is not being truthful. No, we are at rock bottom prices....heck we were at rock bottom in the high 50 cents range realistically even without Avid 2 or 3...so yeah i do believe that whatever happens the price will recover and then some within a year. I am in for a minimum 3 more years...possibly 5 if needed. Don't care for management and their disdain for us shareholders, but i believe strongly that this company has tremendous potential and i am patient enough to wait for rewards. I believe those rewards ultimately will prove to be substantial.
