ss9173, a couple comments,
first of all, thank you for putting together this post. I can tell you've put a lot of thought into it as well as tying in a lot of references with links to tie together some threads that have been discussed on the board but not viewed perhaps in their entirety. It's helpful to consider all of this points together in one post.
Will digest all of it over the weekend.
Thank you for contributing your analysis and opinions on the board.
This is what everyone needs to consider for themselves: is there, and will there be, a disparity between the share price and the company's potential? Will the company demonstrate via new announcements and business relationships that will push the share price to where it's potential value could be? Sirius effect or otherwise? Want to see a timely qode launch, per the SHM presentations, timing to me is important; as well as improvement over the 2Q financials which I would like to see in the 3Q.

Thank you, SS. Your outline makes sense to me. I know that it was a fair amount of work putting it together. I read every word, opened every link, and I feel a whole lot better now that I've digested all of your information.

Let me add:

Rarely does the worth of a company match the PPS---the share price is usually way higher then warranted or way lower. I believe that NEOM's price is way too low.

Just on a value basis, it would be a cheap acquisition to get our patents plus the five companies that we now own for as little as 750 million to a billion---and that works out to a buck a share.

Thanks again!

Howard

SS9173: Regarding your comment on the Elle magazine October issue... Doesn't the October issue become available a week or so earlier in the previous month? Therefore a Qode launch is very probable by the 3rd week of September. However, I remain concerned that the short-term stock price could take a hit on the launch of Qode if relationships/partnerships aren't announced with the launch of Qode. Hopefully, those silent partners will be willing to talk at that point.

ss9173 Thanks for the info. I feel better. What a clear and refresshing outlook. I like the idea of all the newly acquired companies working together on the financials.... Please keep posting on this matter.

Good points. Let's hope it happens the way you have described. Anyway, I am as captive as our acquisitions because to sell now would be ridiculous. I have to hold to the end of the year at least, in spite of my thoughts of just getting out. Decided after much inner debate, that my loss would not be that much bigger with another .14 drop at this point. LOL. Better days are coming. What goes down, goes up----eventually. Thanks again SS. Trying to be positive!! Cj

***** post ss9173

Well thoughtout and well presented. As we've all been aware, we have always been in a race between breaking cash flow even and continued dilution. In my ManHole opinion, I would most definitely look for a retooling of the $0.39 acquisition strike price along with a new corporate financing package. I believe the days of Cornell Capital and Thornhill Capital are numbered...finally!

All the Best, JP
