Well...They didn't really promise anything beyond the audit being completed, which it appears the auditors have finished it. I guess if you were expecting that it was going to be ready to be submitted to the SEC, then yes, it's not done yet. As far as the company becoming fully reporting, we knew it wouldn't be till sometime the first part of next year due to the amount of time the process takes. I don't think there were any real surprises here.

Well I have many reasons to doubt stuff but they never said anything other than the auditors would have the audit done by the time frame they gave and apparently that is done. But to your point they did say the "Completion" of the audit would be done by the end of October/1st week of November. This is no where near completion.

According to CFO Tracie Hannick, the completion of the audit has been moved to the first week in November.

We have just received the two-year audit from our auditors, Anton & Chia, for comment. We will be reviewing the document and getting back with any questions or information required within two weeks. At that point, the signed audit document is provided to our attorneys, Fitzgerald Yap Kreditor LLP, for preparation of the Form 10. This preparation generally takes 30 days and is reviewed by our management team before being sent to the SEC. The SEC review is, on average, a 90-day process.”

So based on that the actual completed audit would not be done until the earliest mid December. Tomorrow is November 1st so add two weeks is Mid November and then add 30 days for form 10 prep makes Mid December and that is if there are absolutely zero problems found.
