#7518 RE: Jayyy #7516

There you go again with the false assertion of "company run by Mike Irving for unidentified owners of hundreds of millions of shares"

In case any missed it, here is publicly available information definitively disproving that ongoing falsehood:

-Rights to Sucanon were purchased by Fero on 5/23/2010 and transaction closed in July 2010
-As of 4/15/2010, 127,500,000 shares were outstanding
-June 30, 2012 annual report details how share count got to that point
-Subsequent reports filed with otcmarkets.com detail shares purchased, price, and purchaser as well as shares issued for services
-Each report details share issuances for 2 prior years but in total cover the shares issued

That completely addresses and refutes the false statement "The only info there (at otcmarkets.com) is for the past 2 years"

As I have repeatedly posted this information and listed a publicly available source to back it up, there is no excuse for misrepresenting that there are "hundreds of millions of shares issued at prices close to zero" and controlled by unidentified owners.
Further I have previously questioned why ROTH should be held to a different standard than any other company that posts unaudited results and therefore is on otcmarkets.

So as established, name date and price paid along with other required information are listed for shares sold or issued for services in each quarterly supplemental for the 2 years prior. Let's be clear that what is required and what other companies do is release ongoing sales for the 2 years prior in the filings. What has been requested is to list information for ALL shares outstanding, which would include any sales since inception ever since there has been a trading market for ROTH shares. It should be noted that no company does that period. Not even audited and NYSE listed companies.

Now to address the previous statement that ALL shares outstanding should be listed with name, date and price paid. If this request is reasonable, then it should be no trouble to post, from any other publicly held company of your choice, a list of names, dates, and purchase price for ALL the current shares of that issuer.

Remember, this can be any listed company of your choice. It shouldn't be difficult if such information is released by any listed company
