Spokes - I have estimated it will only take 5 million to bring an asic to market, therefore if we get the mercatus loan we will have no dilution and be doing great. (With extra money in the bank from the movie.)

spoke, One thing you must remember is that these are your estimates and not NVEI's as I'm sure they have a much better idea of what to expect as far as ASIC costs and movie revenues than you.
