I am not invest NVCN for buyout. I invest if I see this stock is extremly undervalued and oversold. NVCN comes from $13 and few month ago analysts with $9.50 pps target for NVCN. Monday AH 16:30 pm conference call and next week next big event. Thats the major catalysts for run $4$ 5$. Buyout possible but not my major reason why I am here.

Facts are great for multi $ rebound i think.
