Yea the WARNING on OTC is great except I would reword it..

It says "may not be making"... to "IS NOT making" material information....

and has not been making material information known for a VERY LONG TIME...

No Financial information for a year and the NV SOS annual report was due last February!!

Why doesn't Wayne have the money ($6,025) to pay the fee for the NV SOS registration.

MAYBE Wayno didn't know how much more the fee would be when he increased the A/S from 5 Bil to 10 Bil last December... (Guess he was able to do that paperwork)
