Can't deny the FACT...

None of the items you listed are "FACTS", they are opinions. FACT is Sullivan has said nothing publicly for over a year. The last time shareholders had a public update from him was when he was filing the form 15 to deregister GTRQ. Even then he didn't alert shareholders, that little unpleasant FACT caught them off-guard. It appears Sullivan continues to demonstrate he has zero respect for his shareholders.
