Well I guess no business license means there is no business. This is hardly surprising and actually quite sad. James schramm should have to pay back every cent lost by investors of his scam company. In the end I'm sure justice will be served, my only hope is this schramm guy is prevented from ever owning another company. I've been told that once the FBI gets involved, the criminal judgement usually prevents the convicted person from ever being an officer of another public company.
