It will depend upon the substance that is delivered from ONCI. It will be much easier to get a better idea after such is released. I'll share some thoughts further on that topic after more is released, but please keep in mind that whatever I believe won't matter. The market is who ONCI would need to convince of whatever validity is delivered from their pending news.
