yes there is a period that you cannot sell, but if the co is selling stock you can still buy every one I have gone through the stock as gone down before I was able to sell

I have always been able to buy and sell, immediately before and after the RS on all of the ones I've been in (which have been way to many). One more quick point, for all of the ones I've been in, I've wished I had sold the second I heard about the RS and then bought a few weeks after. I've never been in one that RSed and then went higher (it does happen, but none I've been in).
