relationships are NOT enforceable by LAW , THEY are casual ~~~A Partnership is enforceable by LAW ~~ What we have here is a misunderstanding of the 2 words~~~A company like VERIZON has RELATIONSHIPS with many small companies , its easy to see WHY~~just in case the small company comes up with something lets say could use, the RELATIONSHIP is ALREADY in PLACE!! I'm not doubting TLFX has a relationship with VERIZON~~But let's not read too much into that~~TLFX needs something VERIZON needs to PROFIT ! Don't ask VERIZON~~ Ask TLFX what they have that VERIZON needs.
