Summary for the mentally-challenged (I'm looking at you, Fred):

1) FBI Director Comey sent a letter to whatever committee Chavettz runs saying "Hey, the team who investigated Clinton are checking out some more emails to see if there's any more info to classify"

2) Chavettz and Wikileaks tweet out the letter, saying FBI is opening a new investigation into Clinton.

3) News media runs with it like a sugar addled kid in a candy store, actual reporters dig and find out that a) It's not only not related to Clinton, at least as far as none of the emails in question were sent by her, and b) it's coming from an investigation into Weiner's sexting, especially after reports he may have sexted an underage girl.
