Nah no bet is warranted here. There is zero action. Youd rather pay more with more color every time. Just because stock is .01 or .001 people buy just because its cheaper when there is nothing? 100 bet could equal 5 bucks back--thats not good investing.
Id rather pay .1--.2 with material news that will sustain a climb.
