The last P&D move for BSSP was accompanied by huge dilution, it was easy for traders to see. Plus not many traders were aware of Dennis Alexander and his scam-ridden past.

Now BSSP is dormant with no-bid / no volume, and traders are aware of Alexander's tactics. Not to forget the 10-Q & 10-K filings are getting further behind - about a year in arrears now.
