Yes, dumping of HPNN shares going on

The CEO might be trying to pay his rent.

Hop-On and Peter Michaels still have court judgments to pay, plus the fact that Hop-On has no business license and is not authorized to conduct business is still a problem.
Whatever Hop-On did, as far as filing taxes, sure didn't satisfy California.

I wonder if they found out that Hop-On tried to create a new business entity to get around the fact that they haven't had a business license in Cali (under their previous entity) for many years. They probably still owe tax filings for that entity, too.
