Its one of major dilutors, its been on the ask non stop last few days. Today its off and on, as soon as the L2 is thin on the way up ARCA shows up and thats the wall, I dont see it now on the l2 but as I saw couple times today shows up and bids are getting cleaned. It seems it does not have a lot today otherwise it would be on the ask non stop
