Looks like this one is headed to no bid as well - especially if Ray Barton and FAIRHILLS are dumping their shares.
Have the beer guys received any cash at all to help them finish their brewery?
Or is their "advisor" Ray Barton taking it all?

These schemes of Ray Barton should be stopped before he hurts more shareholders and all these small business guys he leeches off so he can sell shares off their storylines.
