shorts already covered 50 percent,and with CATB increased volume its now down to only 1.1 day to cover

Days to cover means number of shorted shares vs average daily volume.
If 10 shares are shorted and you have a average daily volume of 1 share you need 10 days of average volume to cover
If average daily volume goes up to 10 shares a day v.s. 10 shares shorted you need only 1 day to cover
