Which is also true if you want to sell more shares of stock. You would think that with all of the positive news the company would be able to reduce the share structure by engaging in a share by back. Surely with all of the states legalizing medicinal MJ the business would be able to support a buy back. But at the same time, if the company is going to do a merger or something with AMS they will need to do a R/S to make shares available.
lol, well don't know where you are from but when a company says hey invest 100k into the stock, oh and by the way after we R/S your 100k investment will only be worth 10k, that is major concern. Good luck to everyone here.
