That's exactly right, they could be avoiding to respond because there is information they don't want to make public yet. It could also be good that they are overdue for the filing as they have an unprecedented business landscape and it is their first filing that includes joint ventures with Yellow Cab, new business line of products, partnership with Tatoodo, etc...but again it could also be bad and they're just putting it off. I'm following Ami James on Twitter, FB and IG, no signs of "hard at work to raise shareholder value" although it's not really his MO to share that on social media anyway.
