yes i am sure law enforcement will use an unfinished device. that is similar logic to AMG's, that we found water on mars, therefore we should trust Kals timeline(because he has been so accurate in the past). all sounds like good, solid reasoning.
so back to my original question, how long does it take to get something approved on average by NHTSA or Canadian authorities? and can they sell something that has not been approved?
