The price swings are shown on the chart as in "painting the tape/marking the close". Some try to create a chart from painting as it allows to influence specific indicators. It is illegal, but this is just one of many OTC issues since these securities like MRIB are often thinly traded. It is the standard in the OTC by those trying to better the actual picture, and/or to alter a chart.

No, that's obviously untrue.

Nudging the price back to .0002 every has no effect on the chart.
No one's fooled and if they really want to skew the chart, why aren't they buying enough to push it increasingly higher?
