I do appreciate your sharing, and your suggestions, and I am in the process of reconsidering. However, my initial thought was that Barry was a Part Time CFO. He was utilized for the filings, but I am uncertain as to what else (because he was part time).

In other words, I do not feel he is the proper source. But he is possibly our best source at the moment which is why I am reconsidering.
