So the BK Judge agreed to the settlement without discussing/confirming where or how ITALK was going to come up with the $152,400 & assume the operations of the T-Mobile store?

Has the Agreement been approved by the Court? And if the answer is yes, I doubt it the Court's job to do an audit of TALK. And why would they care? They will simply approve it, and if TALK reneges on their payment, go from there.
