It would be fluff if the company they mentioned denied it.

I'm not giving Mr. Karris the benefit of any doubt just because he's not Ms. Pepe. He's still just as bad, doing the same crap with the dilution and vague forward-looking statements, as far as I can see. His job apparently is mostly to sell stock, on rallies if possible, same as Ms. Pepe.
