Regretably, an 8-K filing hit two minutes after our initial alert this morning announcing possible dilution for TWER. If we had any idea something like this would happen there is no way we would have covered TowerStream today. This does not mean that TWER will not bounce in the near term however, it does pave a tougher path.
It is time to get back to our typical winners. Our results in the last two weeks are completely unacceptable. We are making some changes and are focused on tighter requirements going forward.
There may be some Pre-IPO opportunities with the new regulations going forward for our group as well. Watch for updates on this in the future.
