Probably done, one uncontested item de minimis sales, one contested item, exclusivity, 20 minutes per side, they probably have moved on. Waiting on exclusivity ruling.

Two issues on the docket: unlimited de minimis transactions and the extension of exclusivity. I don't think either one has too dramatic of effect news-wise unless the extension is not granted (highly unlikely given EC needs time to form and get fully involved). To me, it seems like it could be marginally positive news either way.
