BTW I'm using fully diluted as in the event of a buy out, that's the # used as normally all derivative securities are converted into common in that event.

Expect TRTC bankruptcy if Nevada does not pass rec. mj.

Even if passed both counties Blum is in say they will not allow recreational weed.

Also for your valuations please note that TRTC owns only 50% of the Nevada dispensaries.
