As they shouldn't. Management has proven wholly ineffective. Holding now is a loss, massive for some. Trading post RS, might make sense. Any positives are simply forward looking fluff of things that might occur. Bottom line, good news hits, won't take but a second to catch it and profit. More likely, no news, RS from around .20, not holding, catch the bounce when it tests the $1.10 or lower range...
